1970 MACH 1 R CODE 428CJ ONE OWNER WITH LOTS OF DOCUMENTATION I found this car in a barn close the Kansas City, Mo. The car was bought new at Mission Motor Sales, Inc. in Mission, KS on 10/31/70 and was last driven in 1987. As you can see in the pictures, its RUST FREE with the Original floors- they look AWESOME- and I found an INSPECTION WORK ORDER SHEET and PROTECTO PLATE, and have the ORIGINAL TITLE from 1970. It has the ORIGNAL Carburetor, Complete Shaker System, Alternator, Starter, Exhaust Manifolds, Heat Shield, Distributor, Water Pump, Fuel Pump, Transmission, Rear-end, etc. The motor and trans was pulled and put all new filters, gaskets, timing chain, all the ORIGINAL components rebuilt. The motor/trans ran great when I got the car it just needed a lot of cleaning. The original owner told me that late 1970 the motor had a knock so the dealer replaced the block with a 71 factory replacement block using ALL the ORIGINAL components including the heads which has the VIN number on them that matches the car. It has been repainted one time. I also put ALL NEW brakes, shocks, lines, belts, hoses, master cylinder, brake calibers, tires , magnum 500’s, factory exhaust system, carpet, etc. The entire interior except the carpet is ORIGINAL. The car is loaded with PS, PB, Deluxe interior, intermittent wipers, and fold down rear seat, Sport Slats, Rear Deck Spoiler, C-6, and Traction Lok. It is a tight car and will make someone a NICE driver!!!! I have lots of pictures of all the numbers on the engine and components and so if there is something would like to see please email.
