Near pristine condition inside and out. One owner, non-smoker, garage kept. Automatic trans, heated drivers seat and 8 way power driver and passenger napa leather seats, full power convertible top that works smoothly and flawlessly. Both power mirrors work perfectly. Even the glove box lock and light and trunk light work. Please notice how CLEAN ALL of the paint in the door jams and Engine Bay are! 126,623 actual miles, only 6,000 a year. VERY LOW MILES!!! Autocheck shows parking lot run ins - ABSOLUTELY MINOR AND NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE!! ALL of the vin number stickers are matching on ALL the car!!! Great collector car!! EXCEPTIONALLY WELL PRESERVED 20 YEAR OLD RARE CLASSIC!! RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECTLY!!!!!. Everything works. Maintained car. Amazing how little water came in at the HIGH POWERED touchless Chevron carwash! One fog lamp is perfect the other has broken glass but works fine, I have not been able to find replacement glass yet, they come and go on EBAY. There are NEW BLUE/WHITE headlamps I put in the headlights, MUCH BRIGHTER, SAFE WATTAGE AS ORIGINALS. Aftermarket nice kenwood CD stereo with remote. I am definitely a SAAB aficionado!!! I have owned more than 20 - all convertibles except my first 1983 in 1986 - in the last 24 years. I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A GREAT ONE TO FIX-UP AND BRING BACK TO NEAR PERFECT. All of my in-laws drive SAABS I found for them. In this case, you will notice from the pictures THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST - THIS IS AGAIN A SUPER RARE REAL ONE OWNER VEHICLE!!! IT JUST PASSED - I HAVE IT WITH ME - CALIFORNIA SMOG and INSPECTION, THE MOST DIFFICULT IN THE COUNTRY!! The plates and registration are from OHIO BUT the car was in Los Angeles, CA nearly all it's life, a little back and forth to Ohio between homes. I JUST PUT IN 100+ HOURS AND $1,000.00+ IN BRINGING EVERYTHING BACK TO AS CLOSE TO NEW AS YOU CAN EXPECT IN A 20 YR OLD CAR!!! Anyone and everyone here in Salt Lake City, Utah knows of Charlie the owner of A&C Automotive where the work was done that I couldn't do myself! The car has a BRAND NEW convertible top done RIGHT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. It also has a brand new battery, new Mobil 1 10w/40 full synthetic oil with Mobil 1 filter. New cap, rotor, plugs, wires, belts and hoses. NEW CV and Rack and Pennion Boots AND ALIGNMENT! Both fans work AND ALL THE SETTINGS ON ALL THE AIR FLOWS AND VENTS ON THE HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM PERFORM AS ORIGINAL. I DO NOT KNOW if the AC blows exactly as it should, I am allergic to freon, I drive with the top down. It has not been warm enough to tell from the cold air outside. You will see from the under car pictures that there ARE NO DRIPS OR LEAKS!!!!! I took off the guard plate - I will put it back on - so everyone can SEE the REALITY!!! MAYBE I SHOULDN'T admit to the following. The 2002 black viggen in the pictures is my daily driver of the last 6 years and with 155,000 miles has NEVER given me a problem. I have had it at 160mph. I flew in to LA in early march to pick up this white SAAB and drove it over 1,000 miles on the way home - I needed to see some sun, palm trees, and beaches during the brutal Utah winter - down to Newport Beach and then on to San Diego, where I was born, to visit the LDS Temple, that is the picture from my cell phone. On the drive back I did 2 hours at 95mph - lots of people going to Vegas quickly - and I took it up to 115mph for 10 min. THIS CAR IS SOLID!!! THE TRANSMISSION FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY!! IT DOWNSHIFTS EXACTLY LIKE IT SHOULD!!! TURBO WORKS EXCEPTIONALLY SMOOTH, PERHAPS THE BEST OF ANY OF THE OLDER CARS I'VE DRIVEN. Even at those speeds, the temperature guage NEVER moved!!! Always stayed at exactly 1/2, in the middle. The engine cold starts and hot starts on first crank. Key turns easy in ignition, doors,and trunk. Power door locks both work perfectly. ALL POWER WINDOWS and FUNCTIONS, double click to go all the way up or down work as they should. NOTICE THE DASH IS 99% PERFECT... ever so slight unnoticable 1/2" crack. I left ALL the parking stickers on the windshield, since 1993, because I just think it ads such a COOL factor to the history of the life it's had!!! There is a 1" area on the drivers seat where the stitching has stretched apart, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WEAR ON THE SEATS, NOT EVEN THE BOLSTER, AND THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN REPAINTED OR REDONE!!! JUST AMAZINGLY PRESERVED!!!! SOFT AND SUPPLE!!! NOTICE THE CARPET, GAS AND BRAKE PEDALS. NO ABUSE!!! YOU CAN SEE THE WHEELS EVEN LOOK NEW, HARD TO BELIEVE HOW NICE OF CONDITION EVERYTHING IS IN!!!! ANY WINNER CAN FLY IN AND DRIVE ANYWHERE WITH CONFIDENCE!!!! I WILL SHIP IF SO DESIRED, BUT NEW OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING THAT UP TO PICK-UP AT MY HOME.
