You are bidding on a beautiful 1992 Toyota MR2 auto with LOW LOW MILES! This vehicle has been pampered, always garaged and maintained through Toyota car care. The mileage is just over 89k. This is an extremely clean MR2 2.2 non-turbo that gets a remarkable 33mpg highway (documented) on regular fuel. This vehicle would be a perfect graduation gift and if taken care of will run forever. The car is very tight, no rattles or squeaks and no issues of any kind. This baby is as fast as any MR2 5 speed, but has the luxury of an automatic. The transmission w/overdrive shifts smoothly and is precise. No check engine lights, no fluid leaks, no oil consumption and everything works as it should. The car has never been modified in anyway and the only thing that's not factory is a brand new AM/FM/CD player. The overall appearance of the car is incredible with original white paint, no damage, with just a few small indistinguishable paint chips. The vehicle was involved in two small accidents one was on 10-7-92 while parked in a Walmart parking lot and the wind knocked a shopping cart into the rt qtr panel causing cosmetic damage. The other in Florida 9-19-2001, parked at a concert and was hit by a car leaving the venue, it was an extremely minor left rear impact, breaking the left tail-light, a new tail-light was installed and minor touch-up was performed. The dark blue interior is pristine with no wear spots, tears or holes. This has always been a no smoking vehicle. The sunroof is completely removable and can be stored in the front compartment (and btw does not leak). Mechanically the timing belt was replaced at around 73k miles and in the last year the vehicle had the front struts replaced, installed external drive belts, a new battery with new battery cables and freshly installed battery pads. The front brake pads were replaced and new rotors were installed as the original rotors were below specs. A new air intake hose was installed as was a new power window switch to the passenger side window. The air conditioner was recharged and modified for R134. Four brand new radials were installed less than 700 miles ago along with a complete 4 wheel alignment. The oil has been changed every 3500 miles and was changed less than 100 miles ago. This car will drive ANYWHERE with absolutely no worries. The car is fully loaded and equipped with rare power steering, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, ABS and a drivers airbag. The buyer has permission to get this vehicle checked out by a mechanic of their choice and an autobody facility of their choice. As previously stated, it has been gone through with a fine tooth comb and no problems of ANY kind have been reported. The car will be sold "as is" "where is" with no warrantees expressed or implied.
