This is a classic short bed step side Chevy pick-up. The engine was a new crate motor installed in 1998. It has headers and dual exhaust. In 2001 a Holley carburetor , Edelbrock manifold and a Comp cam were installed. This sale includes a 2 barrel carburetor and manifold. It also includes the original steel wheels and their hubcaps. There is a tach and a shift light. The mileage on the truck is approx. 235,000, the mileage on the engine is approx. 45,000. The interior is the original PG&E brown. The seats have been redone but they match the original PG&E vinyl. There is a stereo, CD player, exterior PA system, spot light, alarm system, air horn and a club. There is small hole in the floor under the matt by the passenger door. In 1991 there was a partial frame up paint job. The color is BMW Sienna Red Metallic. The Oak bed was replaced at that time and the wheels were replaced with aluminum wheels. The exterior is in excellent shape. The sale includes a car cover and a demountable frame to hold the cover so that it drains in the rain. I have owned the truck since 1975. It was a PG&E truck purchased at the Wayne Van Cleve auction at the Solano County Fairgrounds. I had an accident that was repaired in 1990, thus the salvage title. The truck has, at various times, been stored inside. It has been in storage for the immediate past 21 months. The new engine was installed by Holland Service in Berkeley and has been maintained by them except for two years when my son had the truck at UCSB.
