This car was purchase from the 2nd owner of the car who has had it for the past 27 years. This is a very nice and solid car. It runs and drives just fine. It has is original 289 engine which was rebuilt about 5 years ago and has about 30000 miles on the motor. The automatic transmisson shifts great and is very smooth. The exhaust, all shocks, and leaf springs were done not long ago. Carb was just rebuilt 2 weeks ago. It also has power steering. The water pump was just recently replaced. The floor and under body looks great. Has the original pan. The tires have lots of tread still on them. The car has drum brakes. The interior is in nice shape as well. All of the glass is in good condition. The drivers rear quarter window does not work correctly, may need to have the mech. cleaned. Has a POWER top and it is in great shape !! It raises and lowers nicely. Has a glass rear window which does need a seal between the 2 pieces of glass. The paint looks ok, but, is peeling in some area's. We could not find any rust issues with the car. Please ask any questions before bidding on the car. The car is sold as is and is available for local viewing before bidding.
