Get this solid running 4-runner now! It's got some rust and wear but it's a great value and the ideal vehicle for all seasons!! Comes with roof rack, grille guard and towing package. The 4x4 works great and you can take this baby out in the worst snow and ice and feel safe without worrying about your newer car getting dinged by inexperienced drivers on the road. This is also the perfect vehicle to take the lake or to go out for some summer camping and off-roading too. Plus with the hitch in front and back you can back up your boat or tow whatever and whenever you need to - take your motorcycle, snowmobile or ATV! Fold the backseat down and you can load up at the home improvement store without messing up the nice interior on your newer SUV. Or maybe you've got a teenager that needs to learn how to drive a stick...you can give them the keys to the old 4-runner instead of your daily driver! I am only selling this because I've got some new projects and had to let something go. I purchased this truck for my wife almost 6 years ago from the original owner who was ready to upgrade. He worked at a local dealership and had one skilled mechanic there that he used exclusively to keep up the monthly maintenance. Once we bought it my wife used this truck as her daily driver. We took the kids to the drive-in movies in it and took it on the highway for family trips from time to time. When my wife leased a new car I started driving this truck every day and it was perfect for me to hit the auto parts store and do some fishing on the weekends. This is just a great vehicle to have; it's reliable and you know Toyotas rust out before they wear out!! The interior is remarkably clean and comes from non-smoking homes. Additional features include power steering, power windows, power door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, AM/FM stereo cassette player and all of them work. The heat including the separate unit in the console for the backseat work great so your passengers in the back will stay nice and warm. Just before I bought this truck the owner had replaced the tires, clutch and valve cover gaskets. While I've owned it I have had the rear-end rebuilt and replaced the water pump,timing chain, muffler and tail pipe. There are a few minor things you may want to take a look at right away = replace rear tail light, give it a tune-up, recharge the AC and replace front tires. It also needs a catalytic converter. Other than that the rear power window switch stopped working so you may want to get that fixed at some point. This truck is rusty on the outside but the interior is clean and the rust is repairable! Bottom line: If you're looking for a good running used 4x4 this may be the one for you!!
