Vehicle Detail
This is a running driving International Scout 800 cab top. I used this truck all season plowing mine and my Neighbors driveways all winter, great little truck. I have removed the plow and assembly to attach to my other truck for next winter. This scout has been dubbed the franken-scout by the previous owners and it is aptly named. This scout has been chopped, and put together with fabricated parts and pieces of body parts only. As far as I can tell the drive train, motor, trans, and axles are all original. All gears work and the transfer case is smooth and changes in and out of 4 wheel drive. These axles are both factory limited-slip Dayna 30 and 44 I believe. The truck needs allot of work to become road worthy if that's what your looking for, probably need some framework springs etc. It started for me all winter long and never let me down. The motor runs smooth and all the lighting works. A great truck for someone looking for a yard truck or if you have a Scout 800 and looking for a great parts truck. Let me know if you want any more information about the truck and I will do my best to answer. I live in New Hampshire where they surrender the title for vintage vehicles so needless to say I do not have one, I will gladly give you a bill of sale with the purchase of this truck.
