1999 Plymouth Prowler, low miles nice car needs some TLC from setting in storage chrome is peeling and bubbling on wheels and clear coat on front a arms are starting to let go. Bumpers need repainting do to some discoloring. New Optima Battery just installed. Would make great car to customize with new wheels and remove bumpers.
