Vehicle Detail

I'm offering my 1967 restored corvette convertible (NOM) with a newer GM performance engine putting out about 400hp, everything is new. Installed holly 750 carb, alum high rise intake, tach drive HEI performance distributor, Taylor 409 wires, alum radiator, wieand alum polished water pump, etc. Detailed engine compartment replacing or refinishing most everything. Rebuilt front and rear suspension including brakes, lines, bushings, etc. Trans is the original muncie M21 along with the original rear (3.73). Over the winter I had the Trans pulled and rebuilt to eliminate a minor leak otherwise it was fine ( I do not like oil leaks even if it's minor). Interior was restored two years ago including seats, carpeting (matting & and installed heat shield), refreshed the gauges and clock works as well. Has teh original radio which works, but I have an aftermarket installed under the dash on the drivers side (sounds better :) )New COBRA Tires and American Torque Thrust "D" Chromed alum wheels, which look fantastic. The paint is base/clear and was done before I owned the car and is in very good shape and has excellent shine and finish. There is one hair line (won't even say crack) in the paint on the rear deck that cannot be seen in the sun or pictures, but it's there and I don't want any surprises (was there when I purchased the car- really not an issue but I want the buyer to know). Most if not all chrome has been replaced/replated including the vent window frames, bumpers, latches, door handles, interior handles and window cranks, etc. (all GM parts). Was told at a local show this was an original big block car given the suspension (rear swaybay) and the high redline tach and 80lb oil pressure gague, but I'm not 100% positive as I have no paperwork to prove it. Regardless my fun was to work on it and drive it- I'm not into the numbers matching thing as that can get very expensive with a car like this, I appreicate the original look. This car has taken several trophies and is fun to drive. Shipping cost is the buyer responsibility but I will help get a shipper if needed. Thanks, Dave.
