This car WILL SELL if there is a bid. Do not let this car get away!!! It was recently (approximately 1 week ago) inspected by Alderson European Motors in Lubbock, TX. They are the local MB Dealership. The inspection came up with the following: The Good: Everything works on this vehicle. The Bad: It only has 1 key. It is missing a couple of Navigation CDs, and it does not have the owners manual. It also does not have the credit card key. It needs some fluids changed (brake and coolant), and it needs it front control arm bushings changed. The Ugly: Nothing to my eye. Rules of the Game: Important - This is NOT NEGOTIABLE We are selling this vehicle with a clear title, and is being sold by a private individual, and NOT a dealership. However, we need this vehicle to be an "in and out" sale, because we need it to show up as a trade-in for Texas tax purposes. (We are getting another car from Alderson Motors.) Therefore, whomever buys the car at the agreed upon price, eBay auction closing price, will buy it from us as a trade-in. That is because we will trade the car to Alderson at the agreed upon price, and they will turn around and sell it to the winning bidder at the agreed price, plus TT&L. There will be no additional markup, and Alderson does not profit on this sale. They are a reputable business, and they won't mess around. They have nothing to do with this deal, except they are selling us a different new car and are applying this sale as a trade-in so we can save on Texas taxes. The winning bidder will pay the agreed-upon price, plus TT&L. The purchaser will have to arrange their own shipping. Some additional info: The dealer just told me that if the car is going out of state AND it is not being financed, then they will turn it over without TTL. What you pay is auction closing price. If it is staying in Texas or is being 3rd party financed, then TTL will be collected. I can work with whomever purchases the vehicle on the repairs - either I can do the repairs, or you can. If the car sells for more than $24,000, then I will take care of the above mentioned repairs (specifically, the coolant flush, the brake flush, and the control arm bushings) free-of-charge.
