This red 1966 GTO has a 400ci engine with tri-power carburetors and four speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter. The engine has recently been re-manufactured by Jasper Engines and Transmission located in Jasper Indiana. We have owned the car for ten years and performed a number of maintenance and modifications over the years. Front disc breaks and lines were installed in 2000; electrical wiring was competed in 2001; front suspension ball joints and seals in 2001, car heater, headers in 2006 and other minor modifications. The wheels and tires were purchased new in 1999 and really make it look nice. This car has been garaged for the last ten years and has no rust. The car was originally red but the current color in not original but looks very nice. A new paint job would really make this sweet car shine and stand out; it has a few minor paint chips but is in show condition as is. When this car is out for a ride people stop to look at her and high five her beautiful stance. For someone who wants to give this car some loving care will have many years of enjoyment and satisfaction which should increase in value.
