Up for bid is a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with 42k two owner miles. Click button above to view the history report free. Local car with no body rust and a solid underside. Power provided by the multiport fuel injected 5.7L (350 cubic inch) LT1 Chevy Corvette-based V8 and 4L60E automatic overdrive transmission - lots of power. Base 2.93 traction controlled open rear gears. Loaded up with lots of power goodies most of which work. If you're looking for a showroom perfect car, move on; this one's nice, but has a few minor issues from age and elderly ownership. Condition Report ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing, ticking or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature and there's no check engine light. Newer battery & good charging system. Fresh oil change. Runs smooth & strong. TRANSMISSION: Performs flawlessly. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all four forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors or noticeable leaks. EXTERIOR: Body: Body is in very good shape with no outer body rust. Hood has been replaced due to a minor collision - no structural damage. Show a small dent on right rear corner of bumper from another. Also has a few small dings on the roof. Still, for 15 years old, above average. Paint: Paint is shiny and nice with a couple small scratches & paint chips consistent with age. Above average, too. Other: Chrome bumpers are in good shape with a bit of fading but no rust and right front rub strip has a small crack. Stainless side trim is fairly nice with a couple small dings. Undercarriage is solid with some light scale - see the pics. The only rust in the door jambs is a small blister at the bottom of the driver's side B pillar. Trunk sill (where these cars like to rust) is rock solid, and underhood sheet metal has only a couple small blisters. Solid frame all around. Glass is all good with a small rock chip in the windshield. Aluminum wheels are in great shape with no major curb rash or heavy pitting. INTERIOR: The interior is in nice shape with minor wear consistent with low miles. Dash has one small crack near the defroster as is common on these cars. Carpets, headliner & door panels are in very nice condition. Leather seats are in nice shape, too, with a small dye fade spot about an inch across on the back seat. No smoke odors but may have been smoked in as lighter appears to have been used at some point. Above average interior. ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, button horn, wipers, etc.) The right rear window and power antenna do not work, and driver's heated seat works only on low. All other power stuff works including remaining power windows, locks, dual power seats with lumbar and heaters, hot heat & cold A/C through digital climate control, tilt wheel, power mirrors, cruise control, am/fm cassette, trunk release, trunk pulldown, and rear defroster all work. Car is equipped with keyless entry but I do not have a fob - if you get one, I will program it for you. DRIVEABILITY: Drives out beautifully. Steering & suspension are tight, alignment is good. Brakes work well with new rotors and front pads, good rear linings, no noise or vibration. Tires have about 50% tread remaining on two matched pairs of good quality radials. Solid exhaust with no leaks. ABS and traction control function properly. Rear end is quiet. Quick off the line, smooth and quiet on the highway with lots of passing power. Nice driving car - no issues. Car is ready to pass NY safety/emissions inspection. Short version: Small deposit as listed (but fast) by overnight mail or Paypal within 24 hours.
