This is a very solid little Ford Ranger. 2.3 four cylinder w/ automatic transmission. The truck runs strong for a 2.3, driver straight with no veering left or right. The front tires are about 80% and the rear tires need changing soon. There is some damage on the front left fender due to the previous owner sliding into some guardrail during a ice storm. Now the A/C blows cold and the HEATER blows hot. The truck runs at normal temps on the engine but for some reason when you shut the engine off, water will blow out of the overflow tank. Never had it to overheat though. I used this truck as a work truck so it is in need of a good cleaning. The previous owners must have been painter as evident of the little white dots through out the cab. All in all a really good little truck to get around in. On Apr-24-10 at 10:50:38 PDT, seller added the following information: O.K. spoke to my mechanic and the problem with the water boiling out is the reservoir. It apparently has been cracked and patched which is not letting the pressure build up properly thus letting the water heat more than it should. Driving it cools fine needs to be fixed for prolonged idling. All that needs to be done is to acquire a new plastic reservoir tank and install and problem solved.
