Up for sale is my 2006 custom Ford E250 High-Top van. I am the original owner and purchased the vehicle new in 2007. This van has only been owner operated and never been smoked in. I purchased the van with the custom top and body work complete and after purchase had professionally installed electronic upgrades as described below. The van is in excellent condition inside and out. The only real flaws are two small holes in the passenger seat from a set of keys that were sat on and a small ding on the rear passenger side most likely from a parking lot door that struck the body. The tires have good tread on them. The oil and filter have been done according to manufactures specifications. The high-top upgrade is not the only body enhancement. Besides having approximately 5’8” of inside height clearance the back doors are also modified to extend to the height of the roof. Note the rear doors in below photos. Normal high-top conversion vans have standard rear doors requiring you to bend down to enter/exit the truck. With the extra added height you can easily enter/exit the truck especially if you carrying equipment. In addition to the custom doors are heavy duty brackets mounted to the rear of the truck to hold the doors open while working in and out. Finally on the rear of the vehicle is a very nice steel step to eliminate having to jump in and out. This is a lifesaver! Inside the truck behind the side doors I had built a custom enclosure with door and slide out drawers for parts. I bought standard parts bins from Home Depot and used this cabinet to organize all my hardware. If you do not need this cabinet it is easily removable, just a few screws. On top of the cabinet sits a Tripplite 2000Watt power inverter. This provides 115VAC power for almost any device or tools. This is a very heavy duty inverter with the ability to run chop saws, compressors, a refrigerator etc… Due to the size and capability of the unit I also had a commercial battery switch installed and upgraded the factory alternator to a much bigger capacity. The size of the alternator I cannot remember but it is very heavy duty. Also in the rear of the truck is a completely sealed battery in a battery box which provides additional charge for the inverter. That second battery is charged by the heavy duty alternator just the same as the main battery under the hood. There are two outlets located on the face of the inverter and I had installed an outlet below the rear bumper. This is very convenient since you can pull up to a job-site turn on the inverter, then lock the doors of the truck and run an extension cord from the bumper for all your power needs! The next enhancement was security. I had installed a Viper security system as well as a central locking system. Door actuators were installed in each door so all doors can be locked/unlocked from the security remote control. A remote start is an option for the Viper system but I opted not to have it installed. If you would like this feature you can have a dealer install this for you. Last but not least I replaced the factory radio with Pioneers top-of-the-line Navigation system with DVD player. This does it all. Has a built in 20G Hard-drive for storing your music as well as the mapping program. In addition I had installed a rear camera which is integrated into the rear license plate for parking assistance. This is another lifesaver! As soon as you put the truck into reverse the camera automatically switches on and you have a clear view of what is located behind you. This is very helpful. The Pioneer Nav system has additional accessories which you can purchase for it to provide Bluetooth, Sat radio and Ipod control. You can purchase these from a dealer if you need them.
