In 1948, this vehicle set forth the the creatively ingenuous design of the fin-tail. The fin-tail is the rear profile image of the car with its resemblance to a fish fin-tail. Cadillac saw it even more appealing to hide the gasoline cap within the rear tail light assembly. This remarkable car has had it's interior redone in a burn amber color, giving compliments to it black body and tan convertible roof. The tan roof was replace a few years ago and is still functioning. This car is still with its original paint on the body. Some spider-webbing between the trunk and rear fins. The chrome on the body is in good condition. However, the rear bumper has a couple of flake on the corner. Within the interior, its chrome accents compliment the black dashboard. This beauty give added attention to it's "Juke-box" Odometer design. The engine compartment is clean and in 2008, was rebuilt. It has an 8 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission. The windows and roof work off its hydraulics system. Mechanically, the car is sound and reliable. It has won many trophies and plaques for its beauty. However, the time has come for me to part with it.
