Car is all Stock and here is the list of options: Heads Up Display Adaptive xenon lights Adaptive Active Steering control Heated steering wheel Headlight washers Sports Package, Premium 19" wheels Cold Weather Package Xenon lights, premium package-memory seats, keyless entry Navigation-DVD based, Satellite Radio Logic-7 premium sound with CD Parktronic - front and rear with real time distance display Sports seats, Luxury Wood trim DESCRIPTION: EXTERIOR -Exterior is in overall great shape, does have some normal scratches and road chips as should be expected from a 5 year old car. Paint is brilliant and still shines nicely. There are no door dings, or very minor ones from what we have noticed on the car. I tried to include every angle so please make your own judgement on the paint. The top condition is in great shape, no tears or rips on the exterior top. Wheels do have some normal scratches/minor curbing on some of them. No leaks. We realize its always hard to tell the true condition based on pictures so please call or email us with any particular questions or additional pictures needed. Front bumper has been repainted due to rock chips, but doesnt show any signs of impact. Front tires are probably 70-80 percent, rears are probably 60-70 percent. Engine compartment is very clean. INTERIOR -Interior is in overall good condition, Leather seats in good shape. Heads up Display works properly(projects information on the windshield in front of driver). Overall seems to be very clean. Once again, keep in mind that this is a 5 year old car so please expect some normal wear and tear/imperfections. Floor mats are brand new. Convertible headliner on the rear back corner is beginning to split/tear, replacement cloth headliners range from 100-180.00. Doesnt need it but if you want it right, then you should. Mechanically: We gave it a 200 mile test drove. Drives smooth, shift perfectly, Passed inspections, suspension seemed to be tight, All the service looks up to date, based on the service onboard computer(gives a detailed service record indicating if something needs to be changed). We dont have any records for this 645ci. the records are stored on the computer display of the car allowing you to scroll through service. WHAT IT DOES NEED--we had the car briefly checked out by a BMW tech and this is what we were told. -Drivers seat motor does not slide back and forth, Memory seat function doesnt respond. Seat goes up and down fine and does tilt back, just will not slide back and forth so probably gonna need a driver seat motor. Same with the Passenger side, does not slide back and forth. -Top only worked with assistance based on the BMW mechanic. After opened half way, it would then go on its own. Top Warning light says its not latched, although its completely latched and closed. May need control module or sensor replacement?? Some of these 645/650 convertibles, were known to have a "top not latched" sensor problem. the modules in the top go bad and need to be fixed/replaced or adjusted. Not 100 percent sure on the details, so you will have to do your own research on this one. since top is showing a warning signal, the trunk can only be opened with the key instead of the release button. the top and the trunk problem are related to each other. -ASC light is on--Dynamic Stability control is the only warning light that is on the dash, and will display on the control center. That is is the only warning light that stays on. all others go off as they should. Once again, please ask all questions prior to bidding as we tried to disclose all we know about the this 645ci, and are not responsible for anything left out. All sales include a 200.00 dealer fee and all NC residents are required to pay the NC sales tax/dmv fees. Warranty is available, but will cost additional based on terms. 1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of close of auction and full payment is required within 7 days of auction end.
