You are looking at a real, original 1959 Chevrolet Parkwood Wagon. It is a CA black plate car that was purchased in Salinas in August of '59. It still has the original dealer frames from Richardson Chevrolet, original registration, owners manual, sales brochure and workshop manual. The paint is in good condition and appears to be mostly original. It still has a nice shine. The body is straight and solid and appears to be free of accidents or metal work. The interior is all original except the carpet which was replaced with the original style tuxedo carpet at some point. The seats still have the original plastic seat covers that have been protecting them since new. The headliner, door panels, dash paint are all original and in excellent condition. It is equipped with a factory 283ci engine and a powerglide automatic transmission. It has a posi trac rear end power brakes and power steering. It runs and drives perfect and could be used as a daily driver. It has a new set of BF Goodrich Silvertown white wall bias ply tires and full hubcaps with optional spinners. This is a rare low mileage CA survivor car. It has all of the original California registrations going back to 1959. It is ready to be used and enjoyed.
