It is only a two-seater but has a lot of headroom and legroom. I enjoyed driving this car and was amazed at how well it felt on the highway at 75 MPH. This Smart Car was originally a European Car and was imported into the US. This rendition is said to be a superior ride compared to the smart cars sold here in the US and they are more expensive with the Mercedes motor. It has been modified to meet all of America's Federal Standards and I have a clear Pennsylvania title for this Smart Car. The VIN for this Smart Car is: WME4503321J219998 . This car was purchased as a marketing tool with 80 miles on it from a dealer in Washington State. It was delivered on a trailer and sat in our parking lot at our office for most of its life. I have driven it around Buffalo and taken a few short road trips to keep it running properly but other than that, it was just used sparingly around town. I strongly emphasize that this vehicle is "lightly used." If you have ever wanted to own a Smart Car, this is your chance to get one with only 3000 miles that is essentially new at a fraction of the price. The car has had the following issues: The entire car was turned on its side by some angry hockey fans after a game at the Arena around the corner. It suffered a broken passenger side window, a smashed side view mirror (as shown in the pictures), and some scrapes on the wheel wells and handle on the passenger side (as shown in the picture). I had the window replaced but did not fix either the side view mirror or the wheel well scrapes. The following work has been done to this car: The oil was changed around 2000 miles at the Mercedes Benz Dealer. A brand new exhaust system was just put on the car by the Mercedes Benz Dealer.
