This is a 1972 Ford Early Bronco. The odometer shows just over 65,000 miles. The engine runs but will need a tune up. I dont think that there is anything mechanicaly wrong with it, but it will need spark plugs, plug wires, etc. This bronco also moves freely, but the brakes do not work. I poured some fluid in the master cylinder and saw about 3 or 4 spots under the truck where fluid was leaking out of rusted brake lines. Both the transmission and transfer case seem to shift through all gears with no problems. Even though this bronco runs and moves, it is far from ready for the road. This would be more of a project truck. As you can see in the pictures, the body is well used. A previous owner has attached tin to the front inner fender wells, which is shown in the pictures. Tin was also attached to the rear inner fenders, which is also shown in the pictures. All of the glass is good with no cracks. Both the original front seats and the rear bench seat are still there. The chassis is rusty but looks very solid. I did not see any spots where the frame was rusted through or even starting to rust through. The fuel line was cut near the fuel pump so the truck could be run off of a fuel jug. I was told that one of the tanks may have leaked fuel. It has two fuel tanks. The engine is a 302 V8 and has a 3 speed manual transmission. Overall, this would make a good project bronco. It would need work before it could be safely used on the road. It can not be used on the road as it is. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions you have. What you see is what you get. This truck is sold as is. It has a clear title and the vin number is U15GLN27651. It can not be driven due to the bad brakes, but it can moved a little so you can see it move and hear it run. I will load this on your trailer when you come to pick it up. It must be picked up, no shipping. I do not need a down payment if you pick it up within 7 days of the auctions end, but if it will be longer then 7 days, then i will need a $100 down payment to cover fees and so i know that you're serious.
