For safety there is an automatic pop up roll bar.This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet is finished in Polar White and Grey leather. Power comes from a 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. It has always been in the possession of one non-smoking family, spending most of its time in Florida but always garaged. There is no accident history. Although showing over 178,000 miles on the odometer, this car has never been neglected. Every required service or repair has been performed on time. For example, Mercedes experimented with a biodegradable engine wiring harness. In time these degraded requiring costly replacement. This replacement has been completed with a new Mercedes harness.The numerous hydraulic cylinders that operate the soft top started to leak. They have all been rebuilt and replaced so the top operates as designed.One luxurious feature of these two door cars are the seat belt presenters that hand the seat belt to you when a door is closed. These failed but have been repaired and now operate correctly.The soft top has been replaced and the headliner is in excellent condition.The transmission was rebuilt.New dustless brake pads have recently been installed.Four snow tires and four summer tires come with the car.The rear wind deflector is included.The car still has its original eight hole alloy wheels.There are a few issues however:There is a slit in the driver’s seat.A head lamp wiper sometimes parks incorrectly but eventually parks in the right place.The leather steering wheel cover has some cracks.The driver's arm rest shows some wear.The radio volume control sticks.The driver’s vanity mirror door is broken.There are a some stone chips but the paint is in excellent condition. There are some rust bubbles on the trunk lid and a rusty crack in the paint on it too .
