My late husband was a mechanic and put a rebuilt motor in this truck prior to 2009. (I think it was between 2003-2005 but do know that it is a short engine block. She will fly.) Mechanic states the motor is a 5.1L. I do know that it is a 350. New Radiator installed 2003-2005. (Unsure of year. Will check w/AutoZone). July 2009, Rebuilt Transmission installed, with 3-year warranty. August 2009, Exterior Paint, except inside Cab.August 2009, New Oil PanDecember 2009, Drove from Georgia to Virginia. 2010-2012 Drive back and forth to school.Parked in garage from 2013-2018, with occasional starting and idling. Put a new battery on the truck in December 2018, along with new spark plugs. December 2018, Taken to mechanic for general maintenance. There is no rust. Truck is roadworthy. Title is clear.
