2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE - 3.3 V6 New York State Residents Please Understand Your Restrictions When Bidding On This Vehicle.Don't be afraid of the 173,184 CarFax documented two owner miles.Truck runs and drives excellent.Passes NY State inspection and the computer monitors for emissions are set.The only problem, for New York State inspection and residents, is a crack in the lower part of the windshield. Not a big deal but since I am a NY State registered used car dealer I can not sell this truck to a NY State residents unless it passes inspection.
