All OEM Bodywork in excellent condition. Honda's Electronically Steering Damper "HESD" is wonderful on this powerful Motorcycle . . . see the below link -https://world.honda.com/motorcycle-technology/hesd/ I've also posted as many HD pictures as ebay allows. If you are a serious buyer and need pictures of something else - you can ask. It has been perfectly mothballed and on museum display for over 12 years now. Shortly after I purchased the Repsol I had to have neck surgery. After 6 months of recovery from the surgery it still hurt my neck after 30-45 minutes of riding it. I then shifted over to large bore Adventure Bikes (currently a 2015 BMW R-1200-GSA) the standard riding position works well for me on all day - multi-days rides. In 2006 The Repsol was detailed up - Mothballed and put into my Museum display for the next 12 years. I'm out of floor room in the museum so I'm selling a number of bikes to make more room. As much as I like the Repsol and all it's technology . . . I really can't ride it like it was meant to be road so I've finally decided let it go and place it with the right person. This Motorcycle is titled and licensed in Oregon. You can see from the video Oct 2007 was the last time I licensed it due to the fact it was on display in the museum so no reason to give DMV any money. PLEASE NOTE - It has been recently un-mothballed in a loving fashion by my master mechanic. The fuel system flushed with non-ethanol premium fuel. Installed a new battery along with a new battery tender hook-up. It started up in less then 6 seconds and runs great! There are no fuel leaks. It idles perfectly. It's fuel injected. It Revs & Restarts fine. It is ready to go and needs nothing to go riding. And/or it's ready to go straight into another Museum. Recently After Being Pulled From Museum Display This Last Month - The Following Was Done Flushed entire fuel system/carbs with fresh Non- Ethanol fuel and filled gas tank with the same New Michelin Tires Installed - Power Pilots - Dual Compound - the perfect match for this bikes power New Battery & Battery Tender Hookup - which can also be used to run Electric gear New front and rear brake fluids flushed and replaced with Honda Pro DOT 4 New Hydraulic clutch fluids flushed and replaced with Honda Pro DOT 4 Replaced engine oil & filter Everything checked fine - please watch the link to the You-Tube video. PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU HAVE LESS THEN A 10 PURHASE OR SALES HISTORY - OR - LESS THEN A 98% FEEDBACK SCORE PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL SO WE CAN DISCUSS YOUR DESIRE TO BID IN THIS AUCTION AND WE CAN GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER - IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE RUDE AND BID ANYWAY - YOUR BIDDING WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLOCKED FROM ALL MY FUTURE AUCTIONS. _______________________________________________________________________________ If you are not knowledgeable about this bike but are interested please take the time to educate yourself through Google or Wikipedia. Also you'll be able to obtain all the specs and pictures you want to your hearts content at these locations. It's worth the effort as there's a lot to learn about this bike that I don't have room here to share. Couple of other points I want to cover that I've ran into with the last several auctions - 1- If you're in the area and would like to see the bike in person let me know - early on. 2- If you wait to contact me about ANYTHING concerning this Motorcycle - In THE ACUTION'S LAST 24 HOURS - you've most likely waited to long. Ask any of your questions early - come see it in person early. This is a 7 day auction. I do not sell Nom-Running or ill running motorcycles like so many people/shops on Ebay. My bikes can go straight into another Museum or, can be driven to your hearts content. IMPORTANT - Please review The deposit and Payment terms before bidding - once you've bid you have entered into a contract to buy if you become the winning bidder. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs& needed arrangements. The bike will not leave here until full payment has been received and verified by me. I will work with your shipper with respect to the bikes pick up at MY location. I recommend Federal Companies - Allied Van Lines. You're provided up to $15,000.00 of insurance coverage with a ZERO deductible. Plus - They will deliver to your door - Home or office. Call Mary for quotes to your location - 1-800-747-4100 Ext #2341On Dec-10-18 at 13:07:18 PST, seller added the following information: Hi - I've have had a couple people ask the same question - that is covered in the video and the auction text - they apparently they didn't bother to watch the video, or read all the text before they sent me an email with their question . . . The neck surgery I mention has nothing to do with this motorcycle or any other motorcycle accident. This Repsol here - as mentioned in the auction - has never been crashed - been down etc. It's like new. I'm now riding Big Bore Adventure bikes after the surgery because the standard seating position is much more relaxed and I do multi-day rides with 250-350 miles per day. I can still ride sport bikes but only for an hour or so - then I need a short break.
