2007 550i. I purchased this as Certified Pre-Owned in 2009. Never smoked in. We'd also never eaten in the car. Very clean. It has pretty much all options, I believe, except heated steering wheel. Some of the more significant upgrades include the Heads-up-display (HUD), heated front seats, Navigation, 6-disc CD changer, window shades (back seats and rear window), and Comfort Package (leave key in pocket/purse and lock/unlock/start vehicle). This vehicle is over ten (10) years old, so there are some things that do not work. Full disclosure: the radio will not play through the speakers (cabling problem likely). The driver side lumbar support bladder does not inflate. The driver side automatic seat length adjust (sorry I do not know what this is called. I'm referring to the front portion of the base of the seat that extend outward) does not work. In my previous post, I noted that the water pump should be replaced; I just had this work done for a thousand dollars. The accessory belt and coolant was replaced at the same time. A motor oil change was also performed. There is slight oil leak due to valve cover gasket needing to be replaced. Also, please see below significant note. NOTE: You WILL find a crash report on Carfax. The crash was in 2009 when the vehicle had about 45K miles on it. Though it was a costly crash, it didn't affect the base structure (frame). The collision was between the rear bumper of the vehicle in front of me and the front of my vehicle. It took out radiator, both front light assembly and everything around it. The engine/tranny was fine. I was actually still able to drive the car out of the way of traffic. The airbags DID NOT deploy. I will provide additional info upon request.
