1971 Honda Cl70 scrambler. I bought this in rough non-running condition. My idea was to keep the rough look but make it mechanically solid and rideable on the street. I rebuilt the stock engine with parts from dratv. The stock engine has an 88 kit and brand new e22 head. I removed the stock engine after a short time in order to install a Daytona 190 anima motor. Daytona motors are made in Japan and speak for themselves. A brand new daytona motor is 0ver $1k. The bike is very fast and not for beginners. The exhaust is from tb parts and is real carbon fiber. The tires (Michelin gazelles) and chain and sprockets were all new a year ago. I built the bike to ride around the vintage motorcycle days in Ohio, and that’s really all I rode it. The six volt lights and battery are charged by the twelve volt motor and step down regulator/rectifier. The roughest part of the bike is the fuel tank. It has been jb welded underneath to stop pinhole leaks, but holds fuel fine and has since I put it together. I just want to be clear the bike looks pretty good but has “patina” and dents and or scratches. Id prefer anyone who is a serious buyer come and look in person. Stock engine, blinkers and some other stock parts are included. I have the clear NYS transferrable registration. Possible delivery available for fuel $.
