Today we are happy to list a...1997 Jeep, Wrangler, 4.0, 5 -Speed, hard top, half doors w/hard sliding windows. Runs n drives fine w/ no major issues, and really low true, original miles, 109k. The floor and frame has been recently, extensively repaired and reinforced and should make for a really fun, solid, great Jeep, for a long time to come. Body is solid, no holes, interior is also very nice for it's age and everything is there. Tires are over 50%, front end is tight and it goes own the road nice and smooth in the city as well as on the freeway however this Jeep was a mud rescue and is NOT geared for long freeway trips it drives fine on freeway, nice and smooth, just can't really go much above 60mph as it gets busy and the rpms get really high. So if a long freeway trip is necessary to take her home I highly recommend trailering it or hiring the shipping company we use often and is priced right. Brakes are great, feel and work well with a nice high pedal, motor has a true 109k low original miles, it always starts, runs and sounds great and the clutch feels great as well, it has always shifted fine. The check engine light is on for evap. But the canister to repair it comes with Jeep. Evap does not affect the way the vehicle runs. The aftermarket lights on front bumper work, as does the after market radio does to. It has a very nice color changing JVC head unit, and brand new pioneer 6×9's in New store bought boxes in the back to. Radio has blue tooth and aux and sounds awesome, very loud. The hard top is in good shape but, the back window is plexiglass. Both sliding windows in doors work well, it never leaves any puddles and has no major needs to speak of. I was told it has a locking front differential. With the really low miles, nice interior, fresh, fun paint and army theme this should be a good looking, driving, solid, dependable Jeep for a long time to come.
