1971 De Tomasso Pantera Pre-L. I purchased 10 years ago as a gift for my dad. He has since passed and it is time for this beautiful car to go to a new home, hopefully to someone who has as much passion for these cars as my dad did. In 1971 a total of 1007 Panteras were brought to the US. Essential upgrades only which include: Stainless Fuel Tank; Wilwood disc brakes; Koni coil over shocks; new steering rack; Fluidyne aluminum radiator with 2 15”sucker fans; 17”x11” Rear and 17”x8” Front aluminum wheels made by Centerline for PI Motorspors; BF Goodrich g-Force 315/35 ZR17 102y in the rear 245/40 ZR17 91Y in the front; new evaporator/heater core; new high output heater fan The 351 C runs strong and is original to the car with older upgraded top side. The ZF shifts and drives smooth. Older 5 point restraints. This is a fun car to drive: 0-60 under 5 sec There are some minor issues with the paint (see photos). Pictures taken 8.19.2018 except the one with the original wheels. The A/C is disconnected, but rotary pump and lines are all installed. The condenser and fan work well, but will come with a new condenser. I will include with sale all new suspension bushings, ball joints, etc. (those installed currently are still serviceable), 4 original Campagnolo 2 slot wheels, original steering wheel, original evaporator fan, plus any other odds and ends.
