I own a large self storage facility in Fargo, ND. One of my tenants has been diagnosed with dementia. He was assigned a Conservatorship by the State of ND. They have asked me to sell this vehicle for him rather than continue to pay rent. It has been here since 11/2012. I do know the car runs, but do not know anything more about it than that. It has a digital dash and it showed 130K on it. Tires hold air for about a week. I can assist with loading it with my small tractor. There is no title for the car as our tenant is very upset with his assignment and will not tell them where it is. It will be sold with a bill of sale from my business. It must be removed within 72 hours of close of auction. Anything after that will be charged at $2/day. Good luck.
