I have had this Fusion for 7 years and have been very satisfied with its performance and cost of maintenance. All mechanical work was completed by Ford dealerships. All basic oil changes since 2013 plus 36,000-90,000 and even 120,000 check ups completed by Ford Dealerships. I only used Firestone before 2013. All oil changes were either fully synthetic or half synthetic through Ford. Any mechanical repair documentation is saved by Ford and/or is in the glove box of the car. So if your looking for maintenance paper work I should have it in hand or recover it through Ford/Firestone. Pros- great entertainment and setup with SYNC Technology, Voice Command, Bluetooth, AUX, Multi-MP3 5 disc changer, USB, DC Outlets, 12 speaker high performance SONY sound system, Ambient Color changing lights (check out the photos)-moon roof-Dual Climate all digital 60 to 90 degrees -AC/Heat working great-Dual Power Seats-Dual Heated Seats-Leather-28 MPG at 75-80 MPH great for a larger car!Maintenance up to date-Tires from Ford put on at 90k so you have 30k more mileage before it hits 60k miles on the tires. Fusion is currently at 118k.-Brakes are fairly new so no need to change them either, completed by Ford-120k tune up was competed just a few months ago from Ford saving you $500 on fluids and tune up for a few years!Cons-Dent on passengers side doors (doesn't affect operation) just cosmetically dented-Moon Roof opens up fine and tilt with no problem, but when you close the moon roof you have to pull down the plastic wind guard (I have the missing piece to fix the issue)-Rear driver seat opening up and just needs to be closed at the seam -Rear Driver carpet has sworn out so I placed a large floor mat on the groundLove this car and it was my dream car after I graduated college, but I have a company car now. I do not have room for this car nor do I drive it anymore! Love it, but its time to part ways.Thank you Brad
