In March 2011 shortly after the vehicle was purchased an 599 HP Edelbrock TVS 2300 Supercharger system with optional Z06 fuel pump upgrade was installed on the 6.2 L V-8 engine. Custom dyno tuning was performed at PSE along with the assistance of Edelbrock chief tuner Chris Johnson. In April 2012 the entire exhaust system was upgraded with Kooks 1 7/8 long tube headers that were ceramic jet hot coated and then thermal wrapped with Thermo-Tec generation 2 copper header wrap. Kooks 3” stainless steel crossover pipe with high-performance catalytic converters and an awesome Borla touring 3 inch exhaust muffler with 4” chrome intercooled tips finished off the beautiful sounding exhaust system. Taylor spark plug wire heat protection was also added at this time. In April 2017 the original factory DC Delco battery was replaced with a brand-new AC Delco group 85 battery with a 6-year prorated warranty. It is obvious that the vehicle has mostly sat in the owner’s garage for the majority of its life with the windows up and out of the sun. The interior is immaculate. The original cargo net and front license plate kit is still in their original packages unopened. The Current Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Edmonds target the price of the car including the low mile addition at $39,500.
