Please note - This Is A No Reserve Auction - The Highest Wins1998 Smokin Joes - CBR-600 SE - Race Replica Purchased from original owner - I acquired the bike 12+ years ago - The Owner was an Helicopter Mechanic. Mechanically And Cosmetically this bike is a 10.0 Out Of 10. Excellent condition for a 21 year old ICON in the Motor Cycle World. I want to place this bike with the one serious collector who understands what it is and appreciates it's excellent condition. I've posted as many HD pictures as ebay allows. If you're a serious buyer and need pictures of something else - you can ask. It has been perfectly mothballed & stored in my museum over last 12+ years. This Motorcycle is titled in Oregon. Totally stock other then a little tail clean up - The bike comes with ALL The OEM Tail Parts Removed For The Tail Clean-up. If the winning buyer wants them you'll need to work out with your shipper having them come with Bike in a box when shipped - OR - I can package them up for you but you'll need to cover the shipping costs. It has been recently un-mothballed in a loving fashion by my master mechanic. The fuel system flushed with non-ethanol premium fuel. Installed a new battery along with a new battery tender hook-up. After just 15-20 seconds of ranking it came to life. There are no fuel leaks. It idles perfectly with the choke off. It Revs & Restarts fine. It is ready to go and needs nothing else. And/or it's ready to go straight into another Museum. RECENTLY - New Battery & Battery Tender Hookup - which can also be used to run Electric gear New front and rear brake fluids flushed and replaced with Honda Pro DOT 4 Valve Clearances checked - At the 1st 600 mile service and they were in spec. Next service called for at 16,000 miles. Carbs were Digitally Synchronized OEM Air filter checked - Pleated paper was as if new Perfect Mechanical and Cosmetic condition and needs nothing. Replaced the fork oil with 15W. I can only bring myself to sale this perfect example because I have a 1996 Smokin Joes with VIN number ending in 00001 AND, the bike was Personally signed my Miguel Duhamel himself along with photo documentation. PLEASE do not ask me which will be the next motorcycles I'll be listing. I am deciding only one at a time. I won't be selling more than 1 or 2 at a time due to time constraints for my Master Mechanic to un-mothball each one and totally go through the bikes for confirmation of proper operation for the new owners.
