Vehicle Detail

I bought this SVO about a year ago, I didn't realize at the time that it had a rebuilt title. I don't know much about the history of the car. I bought it in New Mexico off of Craigslist, it looks like it came from California before that. It has been wrecked but I can't tell where the damage was. They did a nice job on the body work and paint. There are a few of the black body side trim pieces that are missing or came off. Picture shows one of the trim pieces. The doors all shut nice, the car is tight and drives straight. Brakes work good. The engine has been modified some. I am not much of a mechanic so I don't actually know much about the changes. Looks like there is a after market header and some after market changes to the turbo. The engine is strong but it cuts out some times. It is strange the way it cuts out. It will make a lot of power and then loose the boost. The car came from an area in New Mexico that is around 5500 feet in elevation. Where I live is closer to 600 feet I am wondering if the difference in altitude would have any effect on the turbo and waste gate set up. There are some after market adjustment knobs but I don't have clue what they do. I will include a picture of them. I feel that the engine is strong but something isn't right and it runs a little rough. You can cruise down the highway just fine but if you get on it, it just doesn't work all that smoothly. AC works, Cruise works, power windows and door locks work. The inside pull handle on the passenger door comes loose when you pull on it. It is all there but the attachment to the door panel is broken. I always wanted an SVO and I have driven this one around for about 9 months and now that I have gotten that off my list I am ready to sell it. The car is really clean with hardly any rust. It is all there, looks like the front lights have been replaced because they are clear and not foggy. The seats were recovered and they look nice. The tires have plenty of life left in them. The only things that I can think of that it needs is the engine running a little smoother, the passenger side door pull, and the black body trim that is on each side of the car is a little rough. It's not a show car but it is in pretty good shape. On Aug-29-18 at 16:47:21 PDT, seller added the following information: I just drove the car to the car wash and now the miles are just over 80,000K. Also I forgot a few things. The steering wheel leather is worn, the dash doesn't have any cracks. The Hurst shifter knob is worn. The suspension has been updated with new shocks, I have the original Koni's in a box and they go with the car. The car tracks straight down the road. Also have a steering wheel that I bought off of Ebay that goes with the car, and a extra computer that I was told came off a 87 or 88 Thunderbird. I hope that covers everything.
