2003 dodge Durango 4x4 SXT 4.7 V8. runs great, shifts great, starts first try, air conditioning blows cold, 4wd works good. tires are only a couple years old and have lots of tread on them. Interior could use a good cleaning. seats are a little dirty. glove box is brokern, center console is broken, one vent is broken. Body is in great shape, has a couple of minor dings hear and their but no major dents.I bought this truck a year ago with blown head gaskets and a shift cable problem. in july of 2017 it had both heads cleaned, checked for cracks and resurfaced. new head bolts and head gaskets. new timing chains and new timing chain tensioners,new battery, new spark plugs, new throttle position sensor, all new fluids. The transmission has new trans fluid, pan gasket and both trans filters replaced. A new transmission shift cable was installed, and the transmission shift solenoid pack was replace with the updated solenoid pack. probably close to $1500 in new parts put on this truck in the last couple years.Truck runs and shifts great. I have put about 10,000 miles on it since the repairs with no problem. My son has been driving it back and forth to school for the last year. We live in the mountains so he drive up and down the hill every day. Has a check engine light that has been on for a year now ever since the repairs. Its a code700 which is generic for the trans. Not sure why because it shifts fine and ive been driving it for a year now like that. My son is commuting to college now and cannot commute in this truck, the gas milage would bankrupt me. need to get him a commuter car. any questions, let me know and I will do my best to answere them
