Up for sale is my tubbed 1972 Monte Carlo Custom. Car is an original Big Block 402 from the factory, Turbo 400 and 12 bolt rear. Engine is now a .030 over 454 with a Procharger D1S centrifugal supercharger, hydraulic roller cam (not sure of specs), roller lifters and roller rockers, Weiand Team G single plane intake, 1000cfm CSU Pro series blow through carb. Has a 15 gallon fuel cell supplying fuel to a Magna fuel 625 fuel pump. -10 braided line from pump to Aeromotive regulator and -08 braided return line to fuel cell. Separate -06 braided lines to carb. Has a MSD 6A box that does not work, Distributor is a MSD HEI with brass gear. Transmission is a Turbo 350 with shift kit. Has a narrowed Ford 9 inch ladder bar rear with a full spool and 5.36 gears that easily spin the 31x18.5 x15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires. Front and Rear brakes are disc with a new master cylinder, brake booster and proportioning valve. Car has open headers only, no exhaust and sounds radical. Exterior is painted a Plum color that looks like a black cherry. Kind of changes colors in different lights, with silver racing stripes faded in. Car looks really good from 5' away, but the previous owners body work is starting to show through. Has the factory hood that the previous owner molded a 4" cowl onto. It is a factory bucket seat, console car. The front and rear seats have a velour covering on them that resembles a tuck and roll diamond pleat design. Factory covers are still on the seats under the covers. Console is still in tact but has a B&M shifter. I have a factory horse shoe shifter that goes with the car. Headliner is good but does have a small hole. Autometer tach, temp and oil gauges are mounted to the steering column and a autometer fuel pressure gauge outside the windshield. Has old school wood steering wheel, but still have the factory Custom steering wheel to go also.
