You're looking at a wonderful GL1500 Aspencade. Goldwings are awsome machings but before you buy any pre 1998 GL1500 I'd like to give you a mini Goldwing education. There is a design flaw in the pre 1998 Goldwings. At around 80k-100k miles most GL1500s will develop a problem with 4th gear. Eventually it will become unridable. Every Goldwing owner I know has had this problem. It will cost $3,000 to repair. My solution was to swap the engine and tranny with a 1998. Honda fixed the problem in 1998 so this bike will never have that issue again. The odometer reads 127,000 but the engine and transmission currently has around 63000 miles. I replaced the steering head bearing around 11k miles ago with a tapered roller bearing. The rear tire is like nee Dunlop Elite IV and have been used only a few hundred miles. This bike is equipped with extra tall windshield, air wings, Corbin seat, ISO grips, lighted trunk and saddlebag rails, new saddlebag marker light, Torq Master mufflers, bag liners and more. Must see. This ride looks great, it's clean and dependable. Don't hesitate to ask questions. I will not ship this bike. Local pick up only.
