This is a former California Highway Patrol 2004 BMW 1150RT–P that is in fantastic condition. A major tuneup was recently done on the bike and the shop owner said “I’ve never seen a 2004 look as clean or be in such good shape. “ The bike was purchased a couple of years ago to be used in a work capacity, but is no longer needed. The bike has had major work done on it as maintenance and upkeep only, not because anything was wrong with it. I just wanted it to be in the best condition possible. Parts of the bike have new paint job, and a very thorough tuneup conducted along with new battery, tire, etc. The tune-up alone was over $900 and I have all receipts. Additionally, LED lights were installed as needed for its work role. Front lights are green, sidelights alternate green and amber, and the rear LED’s are red and amber. These were professionally installed and are VERY bright! I have over $5000 invested in this bike, so this price is a steal for a police motorcycle enthusiast, or someone wanting a police bike for funeral escorts, security patrols, special event traffic enforcement, etc. Add your own graphics and she’s ready to go.
