This is a beautiful 250 hp 283 Fuel injected Corvette roadster with four speed transmission. In 1958 a total of 504 250 horsepower Fuel injected Corvettes were made. It is one of the great Chevrolet engines ever built. The fuel injection coupled with the hydraulic liftered cam made excellent engine vacuum and subsequently an unbelievably smooth running engine. The 1958 is a high point in Corvette history and the Panama Yellow is a stunning and rare one year only body color. What makes this car extremely desirable is the original engine. With recent changes in judging standards it is hard to overstate the importance of an original engine. Original "from factory" engined fuel injected cars are getting incredibly hard to find. It is just a really nice good boned Classic Corvette. It is an outstanding car and would make a tremendous addition to any collection or a wonderful investment that can be driven, showed and enjoyed.
