Vehicle Detail
Highest bidder wins this 2002 Ford F150 Extended Cab with flairside body, 5.4 and auto transmission. Everything works and is a good work truck. It has many creature comforts such as power driver seat, sunroof, power windows, door locks, power mirrors, cruise control and tilt wheel. I changed out the radio to gain cassette and CD player but stayed with a Ford OEM radio. There are no holes or burn marks in the seats. The leather steering wheel is in good condition, no worn spot at the top or loose grip/leather. The body is sound with no rust. The paint looks good from 10 ft away but I'd say it is in fair condition. The truck spent its entire life outdoors. The frame has some surface rust but only that, this is not a rusty truck. The side steps have rust but the frame is sound. I only made a few changes in 7yrs of ownership; I put a power pulley kit on the engine (reduces the rpm of the accessories and saves gas and HP), tonneau cover, rear under seat storage bin, dual exhaust from cat back, the radio, heavy duty floor mats, and front grill. The GPS unit and scangauge (on steering column) do NOT convey with the truck. I will remove them after the auction ends. I have a replacement front lower bumper trim (someone backed into me at the parking lot and didn't bother to leave me a note), a single exhaust system never mounted, a replacement alternator (I bought this 2 years ago convinced I would need it, but that time has not arrived), and 2 ignition coils. These items DO convey with the truck. I have not had to do too many repairs over 7 years, but here are the major items: replaced 2 failed ignition coils (each sparkplug has an individual coil), new front wheel bearings, water pump, radiator hoses, drive belt, and spark plugs. This has been a very dependable truck and averages 16-17 MPG. If you drive a steady 60 MPH, it can get 18-19 MPG. I will change the oil/filter this weekend so you will get fresh oil. I may have to drive it a bit before auction end so there might be a few more miles on it. The only real negative I know of is the driver side back door appears to be jammed and does not open. I have clean title. You get free 12 pics but if you need something else, email me.
