Up for Sale A 1966 Chevrolet C 10 Carryall 2 Door Wagon. Some call this a Suburban some call it a Truck, but right now everyone calls it Cool. This is the latest craze in Chevrolet trucks driven by the popularity of the Blazers, and the Hot Rod and Street Rod crowd. These were few and far between when new and seldom seen today. These are the Rage of every Goodguys show ,SEMA and the Truck culture from sea to shining sea. This truck is a project but it’s got good bones. The roof is straight the gutters are good, the window openings are not rotted the front windshield roof overhang is not rotted through like 90%. The rear doors are good and usable with very little repair needed. The rear door jams are very very nice for its age as compared to the majority you will see that need restoration.The right rear quarter has a dent in it that I really believe will push out pretty easily as the The right rear quarter has a dent in it that I really believe will push out pretty easily as the vehicle was parked when that dent happened. Hood doors fenders rockers outer edges of the front floors, even bedsides for a pick up fit this truck. All that sheet metal is available from numerous suppliers and it fits. This truck could be completely assembled in metal over the course of the weekend. The frame is good firewall is beautiful, it does have manual transmission pedals in it. All of the side glasses in place especially the rear sliding windows and text windows as well as the rear door windows. That is a big plus .It appears to of had a later model 250 Chevrolet six cylinder and for speed transplanted into it at some point during life. The six-cylinder cranks over but we have never started it as the majority of you folks out there will LS swap this in a Pittsburgh second. Every piece of trim, chrome, weatherstrip, sheet metal, frame, suspension, airbags, just brakes, where differential, transmission conversion, is available for these trucks making it a walk in the park. One thing to note the original seats are in place a lot of the top height and restores customizers and hot rodders are retaining those seats and car and covering them.
