This 36 year old, completely stock 1982 CBX Super Sport survivor. I purchased it from a 60+ year old twelve years ago and I am now in my 70s and it is clearly too much machine for me now. This inline 6 is a descendent of Honda's GP racing engineering and is rated at 100-103 Hp and a top speed of 134 MPH. I have ridden it approximately 1000 miles per year to keep it oiled and in perfect running order, always garaged, never stored. Quick, fast, smooth, and comfortable best describe the ride. HISTORY: At 20000 miles I purchased with a complete service including valve adjustment, fork seals, coils, counter sprocket, chain, new battery, and tires. Today it has 34000+ miles on the clock with new tires, seat cover (OE replica), new tune up, battery and brakes (last year). Everything works! Most importantly, it just had a complete overhaul of the 6 carburetors. It cured a fuel leak between #5 & #6, replaced all of the jets, all rubber hoses and parts, all floats and moving parts, every screw was replaced, now they look and drive factory fresh. (I have receipts.) The engine is strong and exceptionally smooth on the road. It comes with the original tool kit under the seat, the original owners manual, factory service manual, 4 helmets (1 new last year), carb sync gages, and a quart of Honda altiar pearl white paint unopened. All motorcycle stuff goes!
