2002 Corvette C5 Z06 - Millennium Yellow80,847 miles I’ve had this car for just under a year. The feeling that the car gives you is like nothing else compared. I built this car to be a driver’s car, to be easy to drive and trouble free. New C6 LS7 clutch, better differential gearing, new Bilstein DRM custom valved shocks, anthracite gray powder coated wheels & new tires, new brakes, valve springs replaced on the LS6, shifts smoothly, engine is very powerful, everything works, AC super cold, clear title & carfax in hand. Cafrax says minor accident, but I cannot find where it happened on the car. I have paperwork to document everything. See below for full details. In the past 6 months:-Differential upgrade by ZipCorvette with taller 3.90 gears for better acceleration(3 year warranty).-Upgraded new LS7 Clutch/flywheel from next generation C6 Corvette.-New Bilstein Sport Shocks all around, with custom valving by Doug Rippie Motorsports.-New Brembo brake rotors & ceramic pads installed.-18" Powder Coated Z06 wheels all around(stock was 17" in front), 1.3lbs lighter each.-New Hankook RS-3 265/35r18 Tires all around.-New LS6 Valve Springs and Valve Stem Seals replaced(critical for this year corvettes).-New GM wheel bearings replaced - rear L&R.-All new drivetrain pulleys front of engine and New GM OEM drive belt.-MP3/AUX cable integration into stock radio, listen to tunes from your iPod high quality music.-New Duralast Silver battery (March 2018).-New GM OEM Hazard Switch.-C6 shifter and shift knob installed.-Transmission front and rear seals replaced.-Engine rear main seal replaced.-All New oils (engine,trans,diff), fluids(coolant, brakes, clutch), filters(air, oil).-Z06 Embroidered Logo Floor Mats (Lloyd)-Rear compartment divider with Z06 logo. C5 Z06 Features:-Stock titanium exhaust, saves 19lbs over regular.-Stiffer rear spring and hollow HD front sway bar.-Cooling ducts for front and rear brakes.-Z06 red calipers.-6,500rpm redline, 500rpm higher compared to regular C5 LS1.-Thinner windshield, 4.8mm vs 5.4mm weight savings.-LS6 engine with cross bolted mains, aluminum block, better heads, 405hp.-Active handling system fully functional.-Dual zone A/C blows very cold.-Heads up Display fully functional.-July 1st 2002 Auto Week Magazine America’s Best Sports Car. Notes/Cons:-Paint clearcoat is peeling on the hood and trunk area, it will need a recoat if desired. I’m not interested in trades.Clean and clear title in hand.
