Excellent condition, well cared for 1949 Cadillac Model 62 Sedan owned by Johnny Cash's brother, Tommy Cash. Already a collector car Plus this one coming from the Cash family out of Nashville! The Series 62 sedans were the first new designs for the company following World War II. But the big news was the appearance of The Cadillac fin, which housed the rear taillight. The fins would characterize Cadillacs for the next 30 years! I am the automobile broker that will represent this Cadillac for sale as it is Nothing more Nothing less!! This car is for sale locally so this auction may end at any point, unless the reserve has been met at which time the car will be Sold to the highest bidder! This Cadillac has always been garaged and will continue to be until it is turned over to the new owner. 42k actual miles, owner will provide documentation and its condition represents that of a very low mile automobile. Black paint is in very good condition. All chrome is in good condition. All glass is in good condition. Tires are in good condition. All emblems are in good condition. Car is all factory original. Interior-Original 2 tone chocolate color interior is in excellent condition. The interior shows with little to no wear at all. Radio has been restored with added CD & iPod jacks. Clock has been restored also. The overall interior of this car is in excellent condition. Drivetrain-Original 8 cylinder, 331cid with 160hp and 2 barrel carburetor. The engine has been completely inspected & overhauled in 2009 with documentation, it runs out nice. Automatic transmission shifts out nice. Car runs, drives & rides as it should. Other-Hard to describe in words a car of this quality. I welcome anyone to come & inspect this car in person. Seeing is believing!! No expense has been spared keeping this car in this condition, thousands have been spent on upkeep and all documented service history will also go with the car.
