The carburetors were rebuilt by Venhaus using Genuine Randakk parts. The clutch rubbers were replaced as well as the starter solenoid. There is some garage rash on the tail piece as shown in the pictures (One crack and a paint gouge) There is surface rust and missing paint in places on the frame. All the stickers are still fine. The battery was replaced this year. The left exhaust has a bubble in the chrome on the under side and the right pipe has some scratches and a small rust spot showing. There is an after market front fork brace installed. It starts and runs great. A tool kit and shop manual are included. It turns heads and draws onlookers as all CBX1000's do. I called it my "Parade Bike" and took it to local events and toy runs. After four back surgeries in two years it has become too hard to maintain 7 motorcycles so please give it a good home.This CBX is a classic and is being sold as such with no warranty expressed or implied. It includes the shock adjustment tool but between both kits there were no straight bladed screw drivers. Check the picture for what is included. The manual is the "Official Honda Shop Manual CBX 1979" It goes into complete tear-down of the bike with all the specs and pictures. It has been put into a loose leaf binder.
