A few possible scenarios: 1. Car runs and needs repairs... 2. could be great car for teaching a high school student how to work on a car (and then have a car to drive when it is fixed) ... 3. or for Parts. Sometimes it is hard to find the older Honda parts when a repair is needed. The details: 1999 Honda Accord LX 4 Door Sedan, Silver, with 5 speed manual transmission. Purchased from original owner December 2011 with 266,547 miles. Current mileage is 321,701. Complete repair records history available from 1999 to present. ** Car was in accident in 2016 where passenger rear door was dented. Though the damage is localized only at that door, the insurance company totaled it, and the car now has a 'Reconstructed' title in Oregon. Registration expires 1/2018. Car was cared for well by its original owner from when it was new and taken regularly to the Honda dealer for maintenance. ** The car is now running on three of four cylinders, with a possible burnt valve on the fourth. That needs to be verified by mechanic. Interior is in great shape and the body and interior are intact and undamaged ** except for outer dent in rear passenger door (mentioned above) No water is leaking into the interior. Recent replacements: new distributor cap, distributor rotor and ignition wires 4/2017 new tires 3/2015, a lot of tread there. New 75 mo. Battery 12/2014 New rebuilt alternator 12/2014 New timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump 9/2012 Other smaller and sundry repairs, see repair records file when you come to see car. **Axle and CV boots need replacement (axle last replaced 12/2011) ** Car runs and you will be able to drive it.
