1968 Chevelle SS 396 convertible. Original 138 vin 396 4 speed. Vin, trim tag fire wall stamp all match. No engine or transmission. Originally Grotto Blue, black top, black stripe and black bench seat interior. Built in Baltimore Maryland October 1967. This car needs total restoration. Frame is good condition with a couple spots needing attention. Rear end is a 1970 12 bolt 3:73 posi. The body needs floor repair, trunk floor floor, quarter panels and cowl repair. The hood and truck lid have pin holes. The left front fender is rusted and the right front fender is rust free but has some dents. The following new good mark panels are included. Right/left qaurter skins. Right/left floor pans. Right/left firewall extensions. Right/left floor pans. One piece trunk floor. Right/left drop offs. Right/ left trunk braces. Right left gas tank braces. Right/ left door skins. The car also comes with boxes of used parts including nice gauge cluster with barrel tach. Front and rear seats (needs upholstery). Convertible top frame with pump and pistons. Bumpers. Glass (no windshield). Brackets. Hinges. Interior parts. Grilles. Tail lights. Much more to lists. Car comes with automatic column and pedals. I don’t know much history of the car but there is evidence of a roll cage and driveshaft loop. Sold with Connecticut bill of sale only. Local pick up only.
