1997 ford ranger splash I have owned for a little over eight years been a great truck very reliable. paint is almost two years old it is so smooth and straight that you can comb your hair in it the pics show just how clean it is it was dry blocked three time then wet block twice before it had three coats of base and three coats of clear laid down, then it was wet sanded all the way up to 3k grit before being buffed out so paint is flat and smooth no orange peel. it is two year old paint so does have a few rock chips from driving at same time all weather stripping and mouldings were replaced with new also all new lights new oem headlights from ford also have old tail lights if want. the suspension has all new moog components in front end tie rods, ball joints, pitman arm over 300 dollars worth replaced last summer also at same time replace shocks and struts with a bell tech kit wanted to keep stock ride height but splash came an inch lower than regular ranger so went with bell tech it dropped it 2inches all the the way around I haven't installed the rear hangers yet that will drop rear 2 inches to level it out with front it has new rotors all the way around with 2004 mustang gt rear disc conversion in rear also all new the truck has a/c but I bought a rebuilt compressor off ebay and it was junk so I did not bother with buying another one the head liner is sagging and the front driver seat is wore out fabric still in good shape just cushion is wore out passenger side like new nobody ever rides over there tires are new over 600 dollars worth copper cobra's the bed got a spray in bed liner when truck was repainted also the bed cover got new shocks and weather stripping also the frame was chassis blacked when it was down for paint pretty much the front seat, head liner, a/c, and the cruise control buttons need replaced and besides that it's in great shape any questions feel free to ask I will not give this truck away I have a lot of money invested in it and reserve the right to end auction at any time over $2000.00 dollars put in it last summer with tires and suspension ENGINE AND TRANS STOCK 4.0 WITH 5 SPEED SUSPENSION BELLTECH 2 INCH DROP IN FRONT AND REAR REAR HANGERS NOT INSTALLED ALL NEW MOOG COMPONENTS IN FRONT END BALL JOINTS, TIE RODS, PITMAN ARM ALL NEW ALL MOOG ALL INSTALLED LAST SUMMER EXHAUST AFTERMARKET HEADERS INTO STAINLESS STEEL 2 AND A HALF INCH ALL THE WAY BACK WITH X-PIPE CROSSOVER RAN INTO DUAL FLOWMASTERS INTERIOR ALL STOCK CUSHION WORE ON DRIVER SIDE, BUTTONS FOR CRUISE CONTROL NEED REPLACED BUT CRUISE DOES WORK PAINT AND BODY SUPER STRAIGHT PAINT DONE TWO YEARS AGO WAS PRIMERED 3 TIMES DRY BLOCKED DOWN BETWEEN EACH THEN WET SANDED THEN HAD 3 COATS OF OEM BLACK LAID DOWN FOLLOWED BY 3 COATS OF CLEAR THEN WAS WET SANDED ALL THE WAY UP TO 3K GRIT BEFORE BEING BUFFED OUT PICS SHOW DEEP MIRROW REFLECTION THAT THE PAINT HAS IT IS A SUPER HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL PAINT JOB AND WAS NOT CHEAP HAS ALOT OF HOURS PUT INTO IT SPRAYED IN DOWN DRAFT BOOTH HAS SPRAY IN BED LINER ALSO FRAME WAS CHASIS BLACKED WHEN THE BED WAS OFF FOR PAINTING AT SAME TIME A NEW SENDING UNIT AND FUEL PUMP WAS INSTALLED BRAKES HAS 03 MUSTANG DISC CONVERSION IN REAR AND OEM DISC IN FRONT ALL BRAKE COPONENTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED WITH NEW SINCE I HAVE OWNED EXCEPT BOOSTER/MASTER CYLINDER ALL FOUR ROTORS PADS AND CALIBERS HAVE ALL BEEN REPLACED WITH NEW UNDER MY OWNERSHIP AT TIME TRUCK WAS PAINTED IT HAD ALL NEW WEATHERSTRIPPING AND TRIM INSTALLED ALSO ALL NEW EMBLEMS TINT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD SO ARE THE WINDOW /RAIN VISORS TRUCK IS A SPLASH MODEL I JUST DID NOT HAVE THE SPLASH DECALS REINSTALLED CAN STILL BUY THEM NEW I JUST PREFERED THE SOLID BLACK TRUCK ALL LIGHTS ARE NEW I GOT THE HEAD LIGHTS NOS FROM FORD AND TAIL LIGHTS AND MARKER/BLINKERS ARE FROM NPD GRILL WAS REPLACED WITH NEW WHEN PAINTED ALSO TIRES ARE NEW AND HAVE VERY FEW MILES ON THEM IF I RECALL I HAVE OVER 600 IN THEM COPPER COBRA'S OEM SIZE I'M SURE I'M FORGETTING SOME STUFF SO PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE THANKS IS SOLD AS IS WERE IS
