Most importantly, a larger 2.2-liter engine has been fitted. This, along with revised transmission gearing, is meant to improve power delivery. Other changes include updated suspension tuning, 17-inch wheels (16s were the previous standard), upgraded brakes, larger tailpipes and restyled front and rear bumpers with new headlights and taillights. Inside, there's a new center console (with two cupholders and a storage tray) and a bit more shoulder, elbow and hiproom for the driver and passenger. All Honda cars have a new seatbelt reminder system this year. This 2004 S2000 is an improvement over previous model years. My entire inventory is road tested to ensure consumers that my products are free of any mechanical malfunctions and are road worthy. The engine runs strong and really provides all the power that a S2000 is known for. Steering is tight and responsive and the suspension handles very well. The interior really shows how this car was meticulously maintained. The supple leather is clean and free from any rips or stains and shows only light signs of wear. A few items I would like to mention about this car. The hard top you see in the pictures is custom, it is not a Honda hard top. Also the suspension was lowered slightly, about an inch or so. It has aftermarket Invidia exhaust and does not have catalytic converters. The previous owner also installed a upgraded Pioneer head unit. That is all the modifications that have been done to the car. The soft top under the hard top is worn and requires replacement. I have a brand new, in the box soft top that comes with the car so you can have it replaced. As you can see from the pictures, there is a quarter sized chip at the top of the windshield. My goal is to provide my customers with a top notch automobile at a fair price. Granted this automobile is in great shape it is a used car and it does have some minor wear and tear around the body.
