Runs drives and stops great.389 with auto trans,thought to be original,but never verified.Really nice original interior,but a crack in center of dash.All gauges work except clock of course.Paint is older metallic blue,not original color either.Shines up nice but has some wear in spots and some bubbles in a couple spots.Old school Single stage not base clear coat.Has a ghosted lace effect on roof,kinda cool retro,hard to see in pic.I wet sanded and buffedwhole car to get rid of oxidation, driver quality paint . I spotted Some previous metal patch and repairs to lower front of rear quarters and rockers,with some bondo.Frame,floors and trunk floor look good. .Rest of body looks good.All lights work,heater works.Wipers and am radio work.Has power steering,brakes,windows and seats!!Speedo shows 71,000 miles,i was told original but cant prove that,except that looking at interior,motor and body condition I am inclined to think so. I planned on bagging it and having it painted but have other project ahead of it. I have explained condition as well as I can,ive never had it on lift,only jacked up enough to see under carriage,looks like lots of old flaky undercoating under there nothing jumped out at me.I have been driving most of summer and still am in nice weather.Drives down the road bueatifully.Fun to drive and plenty o looks . Springs are little weak but still rides like a luxury liner . i was gonna have air ride installed anyways.Very good tires and original hubcaps.Original bumper jack in trunk ,with original cardboard liner.Shiny chrome,glass is good,shows some fogging in corners of winshield.Again not a show car but respectable driver with huge potential or cruise it as is like I have been.Always the only one at cruise and car shows.....lotsa impalas but not these babies!!!Look carefully at pics or you can have someone check it out.
