My Wife and i have decided to sell our Subaru Vanagon to put our money in our new Syncro we just purchased! So that is the reason we are selling this awesome van that we have had so many great memories and adventures in. Exterior When we got the van it was originally tan and having Westies previously i new this one i wanted to do different i wanted something durable offroad and mean looking for a vw van so we decided to go with a linex like material called monstaliner and man is it awesome. We get so many complements on our paint job its not like your nasty linex out in the back yard job haha it looks great as you will see in the pics. Motor Subaru 2.2 the kit was from Rocky Mountain Westy Motor runs very strong have no problems going 70-80 mph Gets around 17-22 mpg so pretty good for all the weight thats on the van with the rack and stuff on top. I have driven this van on many trips and have to say i will never own a stock van again has so much more power. Below im going to list upgrades done to the Van but im sure i will miss a few..... 2in Go Westy Lift Springs ARB Awning from Go Westy Mercedes CLK Wheels Offroad Tires 3 Window Tint Roof Rack Cargo Container VL LightBar Led Jeep Headlights Hardwood Floors New Gowesty Carpet not all installed yet Custom Rear bumper with hitch Custom Exhaust Tinted Windows Upgraded CV Axels DVD Player AND MORE..... We have had no issues besides CV problems due to not putting the right CV shafts In to begin with .... Problem is now solved. Overall the van is awesome occasionally 3rd gear will grind if you dont shift it smooth but other than that no mechanical problems. A few things here and there on the inside could be done to make it nicer we were not able to get to recovering the second bed above so its still done in a camouflage color. Some of the pics are not up to date end caps are now on the front bumper.
