Up for Sale is the Rarity of a Stock GSR w/ Maintenance Records from 2004 (car was at 90k then). Assuming it was likely maintained at the dealer by the first owner and was likely traded in at the 90k mark when the timing belt was due which is the first record I have. Car drives wonderfully with the exception that it needs an alignment (motor is smooth and runs strong) I would consider it the following compared to new:Core Body: 8/10 - No rust that I can tell on the chassis or bodyExterior: 3/10 - Rough (potentially even "damaged"); many dents/dings; clearcoat failure on the top parts of the carInterior: 7/10 - clean / good condition (newer seats do have one small hole on the drivers bolster)Suspension: 7/10 Fair; no mods or bends I can tell, but could use new shocks and an alignmentEngine: 8/10 - Runs strong, I see no issuesTransmission: 7/10 - Notchy feeling in certain gears, no grinds (maybe a new clutch would help as I've seen that in the past) Replaced non-stock parts:Viper Alarm (the only thing I really consider "modded" on the car - likely done after it was broken into in August 2008)Newer 98+ seats (seats have the height and lumbar adjust that were not factory in 96 and don't appear to have 200k miles on them)Replacement Shocks (June 2008)New Distributor + NGK Plug Wires (August 2009) From Maintenance Records (skipping all oil changes and small repairs):04/04 - 90k - 90k service done ($1230)01/05 - 105k - Radiator replaced ($125)11/05 - 121k - Catalytic Converter replaced ($778)08/07 - 162k - Clutch ($498)06/08 - 172k - Brakes, Oil pan gasket, timing belt / water pump, shocks, Axles ($2500)07/08 - 172k - (steering column, airbag, lock) - ($2482)08/09 - 188k - New Distributor / Plugs & General maintenance ($826)04/10 - 194k - New Starter ($300)12/12 - Window Tint - Solar Guard ($275)11/13 - Motor Mount / Suspension Bushings / Timing Belt / Valve Adjust ($1597 - estimate only - may not have been performed)***Last recorded oil change I have is 01/15 @ 208k (though the window sticker shows it being done at least once this year) ***The key only fits the ignition*** - has not been an issue as it has the keyless entry Overall this is a wonderfully driving car that just needs some minor body work and a fresh coat of paint The good:Straight ChassisOriginal GSR Engine/TransmissionClean Black Leather InteriorNumbers matching car that hasn't been moddedWorking A/C The bad:Body Paint Be Aware - this is not a mint car, but its a gem to the right person; hopefully one that wants to repair the dents, do a nice paint job and continue driving it!
